Every business needs a 'mission statement', something to aim for. Ours is simple - 'To serve our guests the nation's favourite pub food, at great value for money, in a family friendly environment.'
We want our restaurants to be easily accessible; a place that you can visit for any occasion, without having to worry about booking in advance. We want to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can take your time ordering at the bar, then relax and enjoy yourself at the table while our team does the rest.
We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you arrive; we like to create an atmosphere that is easy-going and informal that is why we encourage you to choose your own table, you don't need us to tell you where to sit! Our menus offer a huge variety of dishes; something for everyone to enjoy, because our name tells you that food is at the heart of our brand.
Great food demands great service; once you've placed your order at the bar we'll make sure that there is always a team member ready to serve you when you need something. To create that relaxed atmosphere we always have the lighting, background music and temperature set at the perfect levels.
Our aim is simple - to do our job properly so that you'll come back to visit us again and again!

Our approach to food is simple. We want to offer you, our guests, good wholesome pub grub! We want food to be at the heart of what we do as a company. We demand quality, whilst making sure we still offer great value for money.
Our New Extra Value Menu is a shining example of this approach. Many of our most popular dishes have actually come down in price. We've removed some of our fancier dishes. Why? Well you told us that you wanted traditional wholesome pub classics from Brewers Fayre. So we listened to what you asked for - We've added more range & choice to the menu and increased the number of dishes available in our Fayre Deal - our 2 meals for £9 offer.
But what is a menu without great tastes? Our new chicken liver pate is award winning and has a subtle hint of Scottish heather honey for extra flavour. The improved sausage and mash has new award winning premium sausages and our new Thai Red King Prawn curry adds a bit of spice! Sounds mouth watering!
Vegetarians will be delighted with the choice of dishes available; our new vegetable chilli is made with Quorn, red peppers and lentils and the new spicy Enchiladas are stuffed with courgettes, peppers, aubergines and kidney beans in a tangy tomato sauce, topped with Cheddar cheese. Just a taste of what's available today at Brewers Fayre.
We've committed to offering and promoting healthier eating for children with a new range of tasty organic dishes. These dishes are well balanced and additive free; a number of the dishes are gluten, egg and dairy free, and all have controlled salt, sugar and fat content to provide an all-round balanced diet and all the nutrients kids need. What's more, these dishes are so tasty that the kids won't know that it's good for them!!
