In England, our restaurants are open until 10pm. For all other areas, restaurant opening and closing times will reflect National and Local restrictions.
A generous serving of safety
We can't wait to welcome you back to our restaurants. While we already hold our restaurants to high standards of cleanliness, we've taken extra steps during the COVID-19 crisis to make sure they're as safe as possible for you, your families and our team members.
We’ve been working hard to create a gold standard in welcoming you back – we call it our Generous Serving of Safety. You'll see these measures installed throughout all our restaurants, put in place to help give you reassurance and peace of mind when you visit.

We’re creating extra space inside our restaurants and installing protective screens where needed, to make sure everyone has enough room to feel comfortable and safe. We’ve also placed signs on floors and ceilings to help direct you around the restaurant and we'll be operating a one-in-one-out system for our toilets.
We know that keeping your hands clean and sanitised is important for everybody. Which is why we've made sure there are hand sanitisers at key points throughout our restaurants - including at the entrance, exits and other areas where there could be a larger number of guests.
We’ll be reducing contact points by delivering all food and drink on trays, using single-use recyclable menus (including allergen menus), wrapping clean cutlery in individual napkins and providing all condiments and seasoning in individual sachets. We’re encouraging you pay with contactless cards where possible, payments have been increased to £45.
We’ve always taken great care to ensure our restaurants are thoroughly clean. And now we’ve taken extra steps to improve on our already high standards. Dedicated cleaners will clean our restaurants throughout the day, every table will be cleaned between visits and all of our cleaning products are certified to be effective against COVID-19.
Our team members will be provided with all the necessary equipment they need to work safely. Kitchen team members will wear visors, cleaning team members will wear gloves and aprons and in line with recent government guidance all guest facing Team Members will be required to wear a face mask.
We’ll be recording key details from our guests solely to assist the NHS with the government’s Test and Trace initiative. This is a mandatory requirement.
