Spring is in the air and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to Brewers Fayre to enjoy our new spring menu! We’re giving families a place where they can all get happy together and enjoy some spring time food, for a whole lot less! From delicious food and drinks to brilliant beer gardens and kids’ play, it’s ALL on our menu.
As well as all of your fave proper pub grub classics, we’ve got some exciting new dishes for you to try, including tasty Piri-Piri Chicken, our brand new The Brewers Dog and plenty of spring dishes for you to share together, including our Chicken Wings & Dips Sharer and Cheeseburger Topped Fries. With the weather warming up, too, you’ll be able to enjoy an afternoon in our gardens with our new Knickerbocker Glory Sundae.
So this spring, bring your family and friends and join us for proper pub grub. We have a lots of delicious dishes, all your favourite classics and a range of drinks to quench your thirst in the sun.
OUR SPRING MENU
Piri-Piri Chicken
Your new favourite dish at Brewers Fayre! With a slight kick, our grilled piri-piri marinated chicken breast is served with grilled corn on the cob, coleslaw and skin-on chips. The spice is right with this one!
The Brewers Dog
We’re serving up a fun twist on a classic hot dog this spring, with two pork sausages in a soft brioche roll, topped with mustard and ketchup and served with piri-piri sauce for dipping. Vegetarian? We’ve got you covered, swap your sausages for GARDEN GOURMET Veggie Sausages!
Chicken Wings & Dips Sharer
Tuck into a plate of our crispy chicken wings to start your meal. With twelve wings and three sauces (BBQ, piri-piri and blue cheese), as well as crunchy cucumber, red pepper and carrot for dipping, it’s the perfect sharer for the whole family!
Cheeseburger Topped Fries
More is more with our delicious Cheeseburger Topped Fries! Piled high with crumbled beef burger, oozing cheese sauce, diced pickled gherkins, red onion and our house burger sauce, dig into a dish that’s not to be missed! We have a Vegan version of this dish too for those looking for a Vegan alternative!
Knickerbocker Glory Sundae
This one’s a classic for a reason! We layer vanilla dairy ice cream with fresh strawberries, summer berries, lemon-soaked sponge and raspberry sauce for a taste sensation. All topped off with a glacé cherry, sprinkles and a wafer - just like you remember!
Strawberries & Ice Cream
We’re keeping it simple with our Strawberries & Ice Cream, the perfect end to your proper pub lunch! Juicy fresh strawberries served with vanilla dairy ice cream and finished with chocolate sauce. Yum!
Drinks to put a spring in your step
Spritz it up this spring with our new spring cocktails! Our delicious range of refreshing serves are ready and waiting, from Aperol Spritz and Strawberry Daiquiri to NEW Rum Punch and Blue Lagoon. We’ve also got two tasty new spring mocktails on the menu, too - Cuddles in the Sun and Watermelon Sugar. We’ll be mixing up all of your favourite drinks all season, whether it’s classic cocktails or one of our favourite serves. Not forgetting our brilliant selection of wines, beers and soft drinks. There’s something for everyone at the family happy place this spring!
